Zenancy is in private preview, so pricing is agreed with each design partner rather than published. What follows is the shape it will take.

The shape

Per organisation, not per seat. A finance team, an analyst, an external adviser and an audit committee all need access to the same result. Charging by head for that is a tax on doing the work properly.

Usage-based runs. A run is priced by the size of the input and the datasets it touches. You see the estimate before the run starts, and the run is refunded if it fails.

No implementation fee. If a product needs a four-month implementation, it has not solved the problem it claims to solve.

What it is competing against

Mostly, the alternative is a consultant assembling the same public data by hand. In the climate disclosure vertical that has a visible price: a physical risk assessment from an engineering consultancy runs into six figures and takes months, and enterprise climate risk platforms are licensed at a level that assumes an institutional balance sheet. Both are the right answer for some organisations.

For a Group 2 reporter with a few hundred sites and a deadline, neither is. That is the gap we are priced into, and it looks much the same in the verticals that follow.

Advisory firms
